Health Coaching
Changing behaviors can be difficult. That's where
Stayingwell4life and our health coaches can help.
By simply adding a health coach to a wellness solution can
provide an extra added measure for any employee who is at
risk, and who need and want to make changes to improve their
health. Our health coaching offers one-on-one assistance to
those who need it most.

e-mails, text messages, online content and print resources
plus follow-up activities, worksheets and ongoing health
education relating to specific risks.
Interaction between sessions
is the key to the success of the program – helping
participants take small steps toward personal success while
keeping them engaged and working toward their goals. The
program has a number of scheduled sessions.
Our health coaches have a
variety of experience including four-year, health-related
degrees. They offer motivation and the confidence to help
your employees overcome years of bad habits.
