Chief Medical Officer
Chief Medical Officer is responsible for developing
high-level decisions about policy and strategy. This
position is also responsible for reviewing and determining
which medical services will be provided to our at risk
population. The Chief Medical Officer will service as head
of medical services and provide the necessary protocol that
should be performed at each health screening and is
responsible for develop the health coaching dialogue. The
position will be held by a physician who will serve and
advise stayingwell4life and lead a team of medical experts
on matters of public health importance and focus on the
needs of the underserved in matters of disparity.
Chief Executive Officer/Chief Marketing
Officer
CEO/CMO is responsible for decision maker, leadership, and
management. As CEO/CMO, it involves high-level decisions
about policy and strategy. As a leader, the CEO/CMO advises
the board of directors, motivates employees, and drives
change within the organization. As a manager, the CEO/CMO
presides over the organization's day-to-day, month-to-month,
and year-to-year operations.
Chief Operating Officer
Chief Operating Officer is responsible for planning by
prioritizing customer, employee and organizational
requirements. Duties also include maintaining and monitoring
staffing, levels, establishing expectations and motivation
to fulfill organizational requirements. The Chief Operating
Officer will be responsible for driving performance measures
for the operation, often in the form of dashboards
convenient for review of high level key indicators
Chief Product Officer
Chief Product Officer is responsible for all product-related
matters including product conception and development,
production in general, innovation, projects and product
management.
Health Coach
Health coach will guide employees to address their health
and, if need be, make behavioral changes to improve health.
Very much like a regular sports coach, health coaches
utilize goal setting, identification of obstacles, and use
of personal support systems. The relationship between the
coach and member is an accountability partnership focused on
the overall health outcome. Stayingwell4life will be
comprised of a variety of professionals such as social
workers, health education specialists, psychologists,
nurses, respiratory therapists, physical therapists,
pharmacists, nurse practitioners, physician's assistant,
nursing case managers and occupational therapists.
Health Screeners
Stayingwell4life health screeners will perform screeners at
various health fairs and onsite locations. have some of the
following credentials i.e. Bachelor's degree in a medical,
health, or fitness related field; or A nursing degree EMT/Paramedic,
Medical Assistant and/or Phlebotomist with appropriate
certification and/or licensure or the equivalent combination
of education and experience ;Current National/State
certifications preferred; Current First Aid certification or
equivalent training; Current CPR certification; Proficiency
in manual blood pressure measurements; Prior experience
taking accurate height and weight measurements; Prior
experience explaining health related results to individuals
(e.g. Lipid-profile + glucose screenings); Previous
Cholestech LDX System and/or biometric screening event
experience preferred
Health Reporting Specialist This position is responsible for preparing and
developing reports after health screening occur. In
addition, the specialist should make recommendations when
problems are identified. Stayingwell4life health reporting
specialist will interpret policies and procedures in
conjunction with the Chief Medical Officer. In addition, the
specialist will interacts with physicians, nurses and other
professional and non-professionals. This data will be
entered into computer which will prepare reports, conducts
analytical studies and summarizes data.
Technology Specialist
The technology specialist at stayingwell4life will be able
involves a hands-on administration of multiple aspects of
technology and legal information management for a small
professional association. Responsibilities include
implementation and operation of web presence and social
media technology, and related knowledge management
activities. Familiarity with association management systems,
basic HTML, and database fundamentals desired.
Project Manager
The project manager at stayingwell4life is responsible for
assisting in overseeing the tasks associated with all
corporate projects, managing deadlines, scheduling resources
and managing the financials of the time. Must be able to
analyze, communicate and resolve issues raised during the
implementation project process. Duties include preparing
weekly reports regarding status of projects and act as
program administrator for several business units.
Coordinates program activities and ensures appropriate
program information is communicated to all parties.
Interfaces with departmental leadership to enforce and track
business unit policies, mandatory training requirements, and
to communicate general "all hands" information.
