Stayingwell4life offers it unique "4point" plan that focuses on
some basic element that seek to improve the overall
community health. Here is an overview of 4point:
Point1 – Health Awareness – Provide sensible advice and
information:
Provide simple random text messaging and email blast to
promote healthy eating habits throughout the day. Tips will
be provided 4 times a day in a non intrusion manner. Tips
will coincide with general lifestyle patterns for the
average working adult i.e. breakfast, lunch and dinner
patterns. Messages will be short and concise.
Point2 – Healthy Cooking – Smart sensible cooking tips:
Provide simple motivational messages that will inspire and
encourage inactive thought with each participant. It is our
goal to engage participants to think about their eating
habits with sensible alternative to ethnic recipes. We will
achieve this result by having local well knows celebrity
chefs prepare fun simple alternative cultural food staples
based on the cultural diversity that is America and
specifically Philadelphia. Chefs will prepare healthy but
tasty alternative to sodium laced, fried and over sweeten
foods. Video’s featuring the chefs and individual taking the
challenge will videotape themselves and post it on our
wellness website.
Alternatively, we will encourage employers to utilized a
unique and custom menu for their cafeteria should they
provide such a service to their employees.
Awards – Each employee will receive 4 points every time
the post a video on our website of themselves and or family
utilizing a recipe that has been shared.
Point3 – Smart simple exercise incentive based programs
Exercise is a crucial component of the formula for success.
By balancing the physical and mental stresses of life, each
person is encouraged to enroll and sign up in whatever
physical exercise program they desire. So simple basic
programs such as yoga, run/walk charity events, gym
memberships and swimming classes will receive reward points.
Initiatives such as the following will be implemented:
Run Jump Ball – The exercise program is specifically
geared toward 11 to 19 years old. The goal of this program
is encourage exercise and sensible eating habits in order to
off childhood obesity, diabetes and sedentary lifestyle.
This exercise realm centers around running, jumping and ball
related sports.
Cardio Core Steel – During this phase of life anything
can and will happen from pregnancy to workplace injury to
weekend warrior syndrome. While being active is the key is
important to continue the platform established in your
earlier years. This area will focus on 20 to 49 years old.
The program will center on running, weight lifting,
swimming, yoga and martial arts training.
Dance Stroll Walk - A mature and fulfilled life
sometimes leaves you vulnerable to all the things that
neglect, stress and time can cause. We will focus on
enjoyable exercises that are outside the norm. Our 50 to 70
year old will focus on enjoyable activities rather seek
physical perfect. We will explore new and different
exercises such as yoga, ballroom dancing and fast pace
walking.

the post a video on our website of themselves and or family
utilizing a recipe that has been shared.
Point4 – Physician linkup will provide better access to a
personal physician:
Each person will be rewarded points for simply participating
for going to the doctors. Annual physical and routine exams
will be rewarded. However, if you don’t go you will be
penalized.
Members will receive a personalize zip code based physicians
directory. This will be electronically provided.
It is our goal to provide access to “Home Visiting
Physicians” and point will be rewarded to member who
utilizes these physicians.
Awards – Each employee will receive 4 points every time
these services are utilized and each time they appear
compliant with follow up care instructions.

participate in a 4 point plan related activity, you will
receive points.

A participant cannot earn more than 20 Points a
day. Once a participant earns 7,000 point than
they are eligible to select one of the items
listed in the last column above.
